MAFIA: Because of mistakes at UFBA, a Brazilian University, currently, there exist a number of Brazilian judicial actions of my authorship against evil colleagues at UFBA, against UFBA administration, and perhaps against two other colleagues at UFPE. For more than one decade, there has been so much violence and corruption at UFBA, in particular, an old but real plan for providing illegal favor to raimundo josé de araújo macêdo (who is a criminal himself) at any ethical/moral cost, against Christians and professionals at UFBA. Violence, corruption and other existing crimes are clearly forbidden in the Brazilian Federal Public Service. As an example, at UFBA, deans words are not reliable at all, and the domain ufba.br has been used as a personal weapon for more than one decade. I have requested a policial inquest and I am confident that the colleagues who organized crimes at UFBA are going to have their sentences.

After having realized a relevant mistake in Alan M. Turing's work (1936) known as a proof of the undecidability of the halting problem (among other mistakes that I discovered in a few other pieces of work on the halting problem, including Cantor's mistake proving that the reals were not denumerable, despite that Cantor's triangular process works for finite sets only), and after I have pointed out a property of the Universal Turing machines, and having shown that the halting problem is really decidable and all functions are computable, as well as published my results, I work as a researcher in computer science. Keywords can include the following: programming language, Internet computing, mobile agents systems, AI (artificial intelligence), agents, computability theory and logics, foundations of computer science, Turing machines, mathematics and knowledge/belief representation.

Some might say that I am mentally ill etc, but, no matter who do, that is just envious gossip. :-)

Why not Philosophy? In 1950, Turing's essay entitled "Computing Machinery and Intelligence", published in mind, was the first step in the philosophy of artificial intelligence. My PhD thesis is essentially, the philosophy of computer science.

The Brazilian Public Service must be proud of that.

In my life: Some of us are excellent Christians, but unfortunately do not expect to recognize Jesus Christ yet...

Because my first name is José and Ulisses is my second name, sometimes my name is José Ferreira instead, such as that website, which in its turn is of the Amalfi-2004 Conference, and my name appears there as an author of a paper in uncertainty and programming languages.

I have conceived, designed and implemented a programming language for you, which I have called Plain since 1995. I am the authorized man for implementing a language called Plain. In the future, I will leave it usable (ftp anonymous etc). See a number of samples programs in Plain.
